Trade Show Labor.
Engineered for Peace of Mind.
We are a labor contractor first. Not an exhibit house with a side crew — a dedicated labor company with staffed warehouses and local installers in America's two busiest show cities.

Precision Installation. Every Joint, Extrusion, and Graphic.
Our leads are master carpenters and certified riggers with ESCA WIS credentials, stationed full-time in Las Vegas and Orlando.
Your crew should already be in the city.
Most trade show labor is flown in. Somebody's crew leaves Dallas on Sunday, bills you for airfare, hotel, and per diem, arrives tired on Monday morning, and learns your booth while the clock is running.
We don't do that. Our warehouses are in Las Vegas and Orlando. Our lead carpenters and installers live in those markets. They know the docks, they know the hall rules, and they've worked the specific building your show is in dozens of times.
When you hire us in Las Vegas or Orlando, there are zero crew travel fees. None. That alone changes the economics of your build.
Plan your hours and verify deadlines.
Immediate hour estimations based on trade show industry benchmarks, plus automatic Exhibitor Appointed Contractor calendar tracking.

What we do on the floor.
Exhibit Installation
Custom builds, system matrix exhibits, modular systems, double-deck structures, tension fabric, raised access flooring, and integrated lighting. Led by master carpenters who know how to read your CADs before move-in.
Dismantle & Repacking
Orderly post-show teardown, graphic protection, barcoded crate packing to specification, outbound bill of lading filing, and freight carrier handoff before venue forced-freight cutoffs.
Union & EAC Coordination
We navigate local trade jurisdictions so you don't have to: Teamsters, carpenters, electricians, riggers. Plus complete EAC designation, $5M insurance certificates, and ESCA security badging.
Show-Site Supervision
A dedicated supervisor on your floor. One accountable point of contact for the hall general contractor, official show organizers, and your team back at headquarters.
Built for Exhibit Houses, Agencies, and Corporate Exhibitors.
Most of our work is white-label. We install and dismantle on behalf of exhibit houses and agencies whose own crews are three time zones away, and our name never appears on the show floor. That discretion is part of the service — which is also why you won't find a wall of logos here.
If you want references, ask. We'll connect you directly with exhibit houses who have used our crews at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Orange County Convention Center, and you can hear it from them instead of reading it from us.
Free exhibit storage between shows.
If you exhibit multiple times a year in Las Vegas or Orlando, shipping crates back and forth across the country is dead money. Store your booth in our warehouse between shows — free. When your next show dates arrive, our crew pulls it, preps it, and walks it onto the floor.
Two hubs. Full warehouses. Local crews.
Las Vegas, Nevada
Full warehouse facility, staging area, crate storage, and direct access to the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, and Westgate.
